Canopy by Hilton: Istanbul Taksim
This project, developed for Canopy by Hilton Istanbul Taksim, is a site-specific and concept-driven interpretation of The Clique Artworks' Intersections series. The starting point was Beyoğlu itself — its layered history, vibrant street aesthetic, and ever-evolving visual language.

Across all hotel rooms, at least one full wall surface in each was designed to evoke the iconic walls of Beyoğlu. Textures, paintings, graffiti, and posters come together to transform each wall into an independent composition in its own right — making every room a distinct yet connected artistic experience.

Over a meticulous six-month production process, a team of young artists added not only a visual but a spiritual layer to the space. Each surface carries the traces of Beyoğlu's past alongside the contemporary expressions of today, allowing the rhythm and energy of the city to be felt from within the rooms.

This work goes far beyond decorative application. Each room becomes a small-scale street gallery, while the hotel itself becomes home to a living, immersive art experience. Here, the Intersections series interprets not an architectural surface, but the memory of a city.
