Deepening, Archworks #16

The Archworks series is an artistic exploration aimed at capturing the essence of space. Each piece functions as a key, revealing the meanings and emotions hidden within the depths of the space. These works draw the viewer in, inviting them to feel and interact with the texture of the space. They also question the complexity of urban life and the individual's relationship with their environment. In the series, spaces are sometimes divided by narrow and wide triangles, sometimes presented with geometric arrangements of successive rectangles; new spatial configurations are created through pixelated squares on the ground. Areas are fragmented, then reassembled, integrated, and presented with a different interpretation.

In this work, the city skyline appears as both a clear and shimmering image through a pixelated surface. Tall structures and block forms create an intense and dramatic effect within an atmosphere dominated by red and dark tones. The texture composed of small squares creates a transitional space between reality and abstraction, giving the feeling of perceiving the space through a digital filter. Light and shadow contrasts highlight the volume of the structures, while the subtle blurring felt throughout the composition points to the transience and constant transformation of the city. The work presents the modern city landscape as both a structural and perceptual analysis.
