In the bold and dynamic “Contentions” series, The Clique Artworks explores the balance between order and chaos through a striking interplay of geometric forms and vibrant colors. The series is based on a solid geometric order established with sharp lines and clear angles. However, within this controlled structure lie rebellious bursts of color that push boundaries; the visual conflict between discipline and freedom comes to life at this point.

In this piece, warm orange and amber tones dominate the center of the composition, while dark burgundy and black surfaces create depth and contrast. A thin diagonal band of white and red gradients connects the layered geometric blocks, giving direction and movement to the composition. Overlapping sharp forms and abrupt color breaks create both structural unity and dynamic energy on the surface.
